We at Droproom.xyz want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to letswork@droproom.xyz with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage or defect. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on fonts or digital artwork once they have been downloaded. For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. However, if we made an error with your order or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of shipping.
